Instructions for the 30-Day Experiment:
Set a Reminder: Set a reminder on your phone (or however you'd like) to go off three times a day. Choose a convenient time for a break and a moment to yourself.
Connect with the Earth: Whenever the reminder goes off, take your shoes and socks off and stand or walk on grass, dirt, sand, or water (something directly connected to the earth). Aim for at least 2 minutes.
Check-In with Yourself: Make a habit of checking in with your emotions and your body after you've grounded yourself.
Keep a Journal: Keep a journal (or a note on your phone) to record how you feel at the end of the day, and when you wake up, note if you've had any dreams in the morning.
